Based out of the Syracuse, NY area, I offer yoga classes and yoga therapy to groups and individuals. Amethyst Yoga & Wellness was born out of the idea that we are not all cut from the same rock and yoga is accessible to everyone. Wellness is important and our well-being should never be out of reach. I welcome you to engage yourself in self-care, a new idea, an old friend or to build upon an already strong practice. Whatever your intention, welcome to Amethyst and I encourage you to enjoy your stay.
